Having been a financial journalist for more than 25 years, she has covered many different business sectors but she has a special interest in aviation having covered the industry since the 9/11 terror attacks. An award-winning journalist, she first became a business editor three days before Lehman Brothers collapsed. She has worked at many leading news organisations, notably News UK for the past eight years - five years as business editor of The Sun and latterly as deputy business editor of The Times.
