Cyril Garcia is Head of Global Sustainability Services and Corporate Responsibility and Member of the Group Executive Board and Global Head of Defense.

With more than 30 years of cross-industry consulting experience, Cyril has been at the forefront of the development of new services for Capgemini Group and its clients.

Since joining Capgemini in 1993, Cyril has led numerous transformation initiatives and has held various leadership positions including Director of Group Strategy, Head of Capgemini Consulting France and Spain, and CEO of Capgemini Consulting. In 2018, he launched the new Capgemini Invent brand alongside the “Invent for Society” initiative which embraces society-driven projects delivering positive impact.

Since 2023, Cyril Garcia has served as Head of Global Sustainability Services and Corporate Responsibility. In this role, he is responsible for driving positive impact across Capgemini’s own operations, Corporate Social Responsibility activities, and through services for our clients, supporting sustainable enterprise transformation initiatives by deploying data, AI and climate technologies at scale.

Cyril has been a member of the Group Executive Board since 2018.
