Katy Austin is the Transport Correspondent for BBC News. She covers a wide range of transport and travel stories across the corporation’s flagship TV, radio and digital platforms, and has made occasional presenting appearances. She had a previous spell as Business Correspondent. Before that she reported on a wide variety of news topics for the BBC’s regional teams, where she also developed as an award-winning video journalist.
