On arrival you will have your temperature and negative lateral flow / antigen report checked by one of our staff, and that you have completed our online Covid-19 attendance form. Sanitiser will be available on arrival.

If you have a temperature over 100.4 F/38.0 C on arrival but have proof of a negative lateral flow / antigen test, you will be asked to wait aside for several minutes, before we retake your temperature. If your temperature remains higher than 100.4 F, 38.0 C, you will be required to take a lateral flow test on site – should this be negative you will be allowed to enter the event. If the test shows positive you will not be permitted to enter the event and will be advised to follow the UK government guidelines.

You can use the government website https://www.gov.uk/report-covid19-result to log a negative result, or provide evidence i.e. an email or paperwork that states clearly the result of your negative test.

You can order a lateral flow / antigen test from https://www.gov.uk/order-coronavirus-rapid-lateral-flow-tests or you can use the link to find your local pharmacy that provides tests https://maps.test-and-trace.nhs.uk/

You will need to wear a mask outside of the private event space, in public spaces at the QEII Centre (i.e. lifts, public toilets). However we would strongly encourage you to wear one when interacting face to face with staff upon registering or when moving through crowded spaces at the venue.

The venue maintains a high level of enhanced hygiene protocols in all areas. Deep cleaning and sanitisation of public areas occurs on a daily basis.

Increased cleaning protocols are in place during the set-up and the conference itself of all high touch points including stair and balcony handrails, door handles and bathrooms.

We require all attendee contact details this year so we can quickly disseminate information to all that attended the event if it is required to do so.

Please note these contact details will not be used for marketing.
