Covid-19 Attendee Agreement

I confirm that I have read and understood all the public health and safety rules and guidelines provided by the event organisers which are set out in the Covid-19 Procedures document and will comply with all of these rules and guidelines at all times during the awards.

These guidelines have been set in accordance with the latest government advice for events which can be found here: https://www.gov.uk/guidance/working-safely-during-covid-19/events-and-attractions

By visiting Airlines 2021 I am confirming to FlightGlobal, a part of DVV Media International, that:

I will provide proof of double vaccination received no less than 14 days before attendance (displayed via the NHS App or other state certified certificate – eg the EU DCC); OR proof of a negative lateral flow/antigen test, taken within 48hrs of the event

I consent to my temperature being checked on arrival at the venue

I am not suffering from any of the symptoms of COVID-19 and if I am at the time of the event will not attend

By attending this event I confirm I have not been in contact with anyone who has received a positive COVID-19 test in the last 14 days

In the 14 days before the event I can confirm I will not have returned from a country where quarantine restrictions need to be followed

In the 14 days before the event I can confirm there is no one in my household who will have returned from a country where quarantine restrictions need to be followed

Agreement

I acknowledge and agree that FlightGlobal and DVV Media International shall have no liability whatsoever in the event that I receive a positive response to a COVID-19 test following my attendance of Airlines 2021.
